Refund Policy

Returns or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Just sent the product back in its original condition and without the previously used postage labels.

Exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Shipment of your exchange order from us to you is free!

 

When do I receive my refund/exchange?

For Refunds:

We aim to process your refund within 14 days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.

Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.

For Exchanges:

We aim to ship out your new exchange order within 14 days after your return has been received at our warehouse. You will receive a notification with your new order details by email.

 

What are the return costs?

Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from. Be sure to select the "Delivered Duties Paid" (DDP) shipping option to avoid your return being sent back to you. Check with your chosen courier to confirm this option is available.
